Sorry, CCP won't hold your hand here.
The same thing can be said with Eve Online. If Player A lets his roommate handle his account for an hour and later finds out that his roommate lost his 2.1billion ISK Rorqual, it's not CCP's responsibility to make sure that the stupid roommate had the keys to the ship but rather it was Player A's fault for letting his roommate (who he couldn't completely trust) handle his account.

^^ Here ya go--have your friend setup his/her own PSN account. Takes a minute, abides the EULA, and makes the most sense for all parties involved.

Not trying to sound harsh, but maybe you should grow up a bit OP. Have you tried to actually communicate to your roommates about this? You know, like a conversation? Just talk to them about why you don't want them to play this game, explain why it's important to you, and tell them that if they don't listen they won't be able to play your PS3 ever again. Simple. 
You could also make a new User Account and then copy the Save Data of whatever games they play from your Account to the new Account, so they can play their Save Games on the New Account and not have to touch yours. Then of course you should probably require manual sign in for your account just so they don't go into it. This doesn't work for all games though, so I still recommend the first option.
