We have no interest in holding too many and would rather sell them at non bank breaking prices. All Surface Research Labs will be sold at 80 million isk. All Cargo Hubs will be sold at 100 million isk. All Production Facilities will be sold at 120 million isk. The only stipulations we have for our price point are All Sales are final All Sales come with a 1 week limited warranty that precludes our ability to for the 1st defense if requested, we reserve the right after that 1st week to attack said district again if the extended warranty is not purchased. Though I obviously don't plan to flip something I just sold, we do reserve the right after 1 week, this is about accessibility and content creation...isk is a rather poor value considering we all have infinite isk. The extended warranty is negotiable but generally will be high enough that you aren't making a boatload of isk off the district...think like 40% of weekly genolution. Yeah we get you could cry about how we'll flip your district a week later...no that's probably not going to happen more likely we're going to focus our efforts elsewhere until we've hit whatever else we can find. We reserve the right to deny any buyer for any reason. All may however inquire if denied for an appeal or may negotiate and increase in the price to circumvent a denial. Contact me in game or on skype for further consultation. Again we don't particularly want war...unless it's declared much like our current AE retaliatory campaign, but we do want funsies for all. I don't really understand your deal Zatara. They will lock up after buying from you, anyways, and you will have yet another district to play snipe-around-the-rosy with. Warranty is pretty much useless, or any form of insurance. But if the attempt is just to get newer corps in PC... you're probably just giving them a reason to never play again. All the work to keep your district safe and locked - and if it does get hit, 90% chance you'll lose it. And if they want to keep it - pay for ringers. Which will turn into a vicious cycle of them always needing ringers when there logistics mess up - and it's very easy to mess up. I'm surprised your guys haven't spoken up against this arrangement. You should need those districts too so you can snipe a wider range of timers if you expect to be in a 'war of retaliation' with a corp many times your size. Your prices undercut profit on your own guys, who could be making MORE then what they do now. Which should always be your goal.

Thankfully we have some buyers who are quite pleased with the price point and they can report in if they found this service an extortion. As always our customers are the main concern. We have 2 attacks of our own for tuesday actually, and a defense to boot. And the stacked timer you hit for tonight was because we couldn't get word out to hit it before our final district was locked..yours came online 20 min after and cubs hit it.
