or just practice and skill into it i like it the way it is, we need more skill weapons and less E-Z to use grab & go guns anyway.

Or just increase direct damage so it's actually worth a damn as AV?
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Exactly..... The PLC works if you have the patiance to use it
But seen as most players don't have the patience why not make it...
- Fully automatic
- 10 round clip
But thats only after you spend 5000wp upgrading it in the
Pack-A-Punch machine
EA can reset/ban exploiters/boosters
What can CCP do about them???

It needs to be able to detonate REs, stick to an LAV like an RE, fire REs, fire repeatedly and lock on from across the map. This would best done in a heavy suit.
Did I miss anything?

You know, the plasma Cannon has more Damage then a Orbital strike beam 
And yes, A buff would be nice. I have proficiency 3 for PLC's and they cant even kill a LAV
