I know that depending on what kind of technology a weapon uses (laser, rail, projectile, explosive, etc), it does bonus damage to either armor or shields. Does anyone know the exact percentage values of bonus damages for each weapon/technology?

only the ion pistol (plasma) and bolt pistol (rail), since you mention the magsec.
Could add the unavailable turrets: autocannon , beam laser, and pulse laser.
