Because if not, I don't see how this game is going to survive. I haven't played since November, and this idea of 'rapid-firing' updates got delayed very soon. There is nothing to do in this game at this point in time but play the same battle over and over and over again, whether it be for ISK to spend on more expensive gear, or to get loyalty points to buy other gear as well.
There's nothing to aim for! And if this game isn't coming to PS4 - I don't see any reason why people would be playing this in a year.

sounds like a long, extended wait of this 'rapid-firing' where only 1 in 4 of the updates actually add decent content... I can't see many people putting up with that for more than 2 years
there's nothing to do in this game right now... nothing to aim for, heck I probably have about 3 mil SP from just being inactivefor the last 4 months - I have no reason to play it

It's really quite a simple solution...or you can pine away and waste those precious minutes of your life in a community for something you don't care for, moaning and complaining about how it does nothing for you. Did you even read my post? I haven't played since November, I've been on the PS4 for a long time - I'm just trying to see this game into the next generation - because with updates this infrequent and with such little content, I'd be surprised if 70% of the people are still here by the time it releases.

I don't care as long as I get double the map size, double the players and double the performance and graphics on one game alone.

Soooo you want Planet Side 2 then? I hope you do not think DUST will ever be what you have described above.
Nah, I was saying that on PS4 I can play Battlefield 4, which has those assets which Dust doesn't.

The PS4 is not a self-aware machine that writes it's own code. It knows nothing of weapon balance and can't create PVE out of thin air.
That's not what I'm saying.
The PS4 will support better graphics, better performance, more versatile gameplay, it will support the oncoming generation of gamers and it will be a more stable community without people leaving every day.
