Will there be a major migration or players from corporations to the Bloodsports realm? I'd imagine many of the hardcore guys will take part in it.
Major sponsoring from corporations, big prizes, a constant challenge, and of course the fame. I'm personally just waiting to bet on players.

sorry m8 but i done think ccp is ever gona get a arena
they might bring back some kinda version of "corp battles "
and i think there was some discusion about sqd Vs. sqd but i dont think it was anything solid
though to answer your  if thy ever did a small sqd combat arena type mode yes i think tons of ppl would be flocking to it and quite a few corps would center around it

It should be like a scifi paintball field.
could be shapes or a moving map inside a colosseum type deal, spectators sitting up above in sky boxes watching.
1v1, doubles, squad deathmatch, etc.

I would love a bloodsport tournament mode, Unreal style. It wouldn't even be hard to implement, we already have the socket system. Place a random socket on a big flat plain, team or singles spawn on opposite sides ~100m away from the socket. Last one standing wins. |

It's easier to do than most things I'd think and so I assume that it's very possible. Especially since it can lead to more official game tournies.

yes. no question. when we can have 1v1's and 2v2's and such the 'jock' aspect of this game will draw in players purely for the leaderboards.
I truly believe this is being under-utilized, and I belive that eve players would love to watch and place wagers. |

This is one of the most exciting features that we could have in Dust 514... I only wish that they do it properly and not just give us a glorified corp battle and call it arena mode.
