Person must be elected by his peers as the Ultimate: Golden laser using Amarr Freedom loving blaster tech Gallente Peach keeping, shield loving Caldari. Rustiness, fastiest, duct tapiest Matari-est person. My vote doesn't count, but I'd put Sinboto as the last one. I have a idea who I'd elect for Gallente, but I'm on the fence... Peace keepers are those who stand between 2 parties at war as a way of discouraging them from fighting this is simply what Peacekeepers do they often also provide aid to the locals affected, Peacekeepers tend to enforce Peace in a dispute that is not their own, i have not seen any Eve race do this apart from perhaps the Sisters of Eve. To be a Peacekeeper is different from wanting Peace as a end result of your actions against someone.

The gallante were the ruling faction, and the caldari were the subordinates, Gallente laws were applied to Caldari people not the other way around. Due to low representation in the Federation, you either A) just went with the host nations whims because resisting is defined as criminal or B) fight for breathing room / autonomy. This also isn't a matter of right or wrong, there are debates whether America had a right to separate into their own country. The situtions between the Cals/Gals pretty much follow a very close pattern in transgressions. Below 28 dB
