"Peach Keeping"? is that ment to be Peace keeping because the caldari are not exactly peace keepers
On the contrary, Caldari are the most peaceful race in all of New Eden in a sense. For instance, they are the only race that you can go all the way back through their history and never see a single instance of slavery. They are also accepting of others, as they accepted the Achura. When the Caldari-Gallente War broke out it was the Gallente who were the aggressors and the Caldari who simply wanted to leave the Federation peacefully. So peacefully that they only razed a couple of cities.
I tried walking up to one of my neighbors and I told them they had to obey my orders on what they could and couldn't do or suffer the consequences. I told him not to park in front of his own house because I wanted more space for my other cars, yet he parked there anyways. When I pushed him aside and tried to move his car, you could you image the shock in my eyes when the dam bastard punched me in the face.

When I asked my neighbour why they were building a tank in my backyard, they set my house on fire.
lol, asked? The gallante were the ruling faction, and the caldari were the subordinates, Gallente laws were applied to Caldari people not the other way around. Due to low representation in the Federation, you either A) just went with the host nations whims because resisting is defined as criminal or B) fight for breathing room / autonomy.
This also isn't a matter of right or wrong, there are debates whether America had a right to separate into their own country. The situtions between the Cals/Gals pretty much follow a very close pattern in transgressions.

Considering the other names though out are individuals with cults of personalities. While I created Caldari Hierarchy for the fw 1.0 event and organized Kirjuun Heiian for fw 2.0, but when it came or organizing dust feet out the door Z 13 was the guy (as earlier suggested), if he had less of a life and visited the forums more often, he would clearly be the caldari's forum guy.
