Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Why is he going over stacking penalties? these are already in the game, plus thats only if they put on all the hardeners they have
Proto swarm fires each missile on its own, because each missile hit the vehicle on its own if it cannot break the regen the damage will be repped back

So comparing militia swarms with a top modded python - Not swarms do reduced damage to shields also each missile hits on its own, it may fire 4 missiles but they hit 1 after each other and not even as a group, they will not break the regen with 1 hardener on
So now your trying to balance proto FG to a mlt HAV? if we have proto hulls we could balance it with proto AV but also increasing the proto breach would end any and all DS in the sky

1. Cap has already been requested by quite a few ppl including me back in the close beta - copy and paste from EVE job done
2. Have it if you want but infantry will cry if a protobear gets 3 of them and is unkillable
3. We already have mod stacking penalties, if i use 2 i get more resistance but not full resistance
4. You mean like the afterburner for ariel vehicles and nitro for ground vehicles?
5. We can still do that since meta level 1-3 is mlt/basic, 4-6 is adv, 7-9 is proto and 10+ is officer, problem is infantry dont want vehicles to have adv/proto hulls so you cant balance adv/proto AV because if you let proto AV 1 shot basic then we are back to pre 1.7
I wasted my time watching that I already asked about that.
He said this was just an example of how imbalances can easily be created by balancing other aspects of the game.
