Yes, you're getting an 8 shot clip if you're a Minmatar assault.

For the millionth time...
Game design has been strongly considering (and they were leaning towards removing since the MD buff was announced) not including the increase to clip size for explosives on the Minmatar Assault.
I'm not sourcing it anymore. You can search for it if you don't believe me.

Seen CCP Logibro state that basically all weapons are getting adjusted one way or another... whether its a buff or not, that's up to the player to find out.... although i think the Flaylock can ONLY be buffed at this point :)
Been running Flaylock for the past 4 months on every single one of my suits, hoping for Mercs to start taking this awesome weapon out of the Dust Bin...
By the way, there was an under reported buff to the Flaylock when they fixed explosive damage.

I believe there may have been mention of a SMG nerf, so in a sense, yes.
