We are aware. :) We've also recently brought in CCP Z as our Monetization Director (he's a super nice guy, I promise). He has great ideas and we are absolutely looking at cosmetic goods. Thanks for the article though, I'll fire it over to him!

Preset colors would be ok. We have those already, albeit not permanent (Which it SHOULD be!) in the form of AUR Gear. Just add a Vanity slot where we can add those color sets we bought to.
I'll take a slave girl as-well.
