It is well known amongst the player base that PC is the best most consistent income source in the game. With district locking in full effect in the Molden Heath region, There is negligible risk and high reward. So long as the corps are diligent in locking, they generate MILLIONS(8?) of ISK every day. The time required to do this is less than a minute every 2-3 days.

Gone are the days of having to fight to hold your district. So many players ask: "Why are they being rewarded for doing nothing?". A good question for sure.

A better question is: "Why aren't you cashing in?"

Escrow Removal and Acquisition is the public face of NF and has been quite busy. We are an organized group that(between the member corporations) has sold more 40 districts since the release of PC.

As you can see from the feed, we are in the process of selling off a portion of our districts and many different groups have expressed interest.
We still have 2-3 more districts that we are looking to find homes for. For our customers we provide all the necessary knowledge to lock their district and a guarantee that we will not attack said district.

By taking on one of these districts, you will break-even in 1-2 weeks. Much faster if you utilize a well known (Probably unintended*) mechanic. Everything after that is pure profit. And profit we have. The Negative-Feedback corps have made over 10 billion ISK from District clone sales. What is stopping you?

Almost every single district in Molden Heath is currently locked. http://evemaps.dotlan.net/districts/Molden_Heath demonstrates this. And while nobody really likes the process, it has proved fruitful for all involved.

Unfortunatly, we are unable to give districts out based on the trust system currently.
Negative-Feedback,(Teamplayers, Imperfects, ERA, and The Rainbow Effect) have nearly 8 months experience and trust built up.
We have a long record of fulfilling contracts in the realms of Escrow and District Transfer.
There are few groups that have such confidence built up, and we are already doing business with them.
Any new customers will have to provide up front.

The problem here is that , like I said in the first post in the thread, locking makes it nearly impossible to take a district unless the locker fails to lock it. Thus we would have no recourse if you made the choice not to honor our agreement.

You can lock the distrcit or something, move 10 clones idk,mi dont have 36 mil, but close.

You must remember that we have the opportunity cost of just holding the district ourselves. While we don't wish to hold too many districts, we have no problem with holding them short term until we can find a buyer that can pay upfront.

The situation you describe would just reduce our Time/Effort:Profit ratio :(.

How much does it cost? Do you need to be in a corporation to do this?

District prices fluctuate as the game progresses. Currently it is VERY expensive to take a district (time wise) and VERY profitable to control them. If you have even a small group willing to pitch together money, this is plenty affordable.
Before PC was released, I myself had over 300 million. Without PC having been released at all.

It's like buying a car guys, a real expensive car like an Audi, if you have to ask the price upon walking into the dealership, you can't afford it...

Does thtat mean that an individual can't hold a district supposing they had the isk to acquire one?

We do not discuss rates as the market fluctuates. So rates today could be different tomorrow.

remember theres only 245 total districts, definitely more that 245 players (maybe not by much based on wait times)

but these are not easy to come by.
