People complain about getting protostomped, I think it's more of a teamwork issue
If you died 9 times out of10 it's for the following reasons: 1. You were alone 2. You were in a squad that didn't have repair tool or repping nanohives 3. None of your squad has a nanite injector 4. No one has an active scanner to see when enemies was coming 5. You got orbital bombarded, and just unlucky 6. You engaged in the open while your opponent had corners or objects he could use to his advantage 7. You stood still and got sniped
I know when I die, it's usually because the Logi I play as got separated from the heavies/assault suit guys.

Usually due to having no sniper on your team or no tank/anti-tank support either :/
I rarely see forge guns/Swarms/AV Grenades etc... anymore

How does food get easily distributed across the galaxy? Do we just starve to death and reanimate indefinitely? That's some pretty heavy stuff, theres no food in the world, so all we can eat is each other forever.

It's because they are likely to be sub 6mil SP with no passive skills, are used to playing AAA shooters like CoD, and the bittervets are bored and have nothing better to do than put boot to face for no other reason than "because I can".

Lol that's not even worth mentioning because a squad without a scanner does not exist.

I've seen it a few times, but yeah it's rare, it's more rare to see an entire team without one.

Or that the 2 900HP Protobears just blew you, and the rest of your squad, to little bits
Seriously. Stop thinking that being able to take twice the damage the Bluedots can, with a 10-ish percent DPS boost isn't a major cause of the stomps.
Because it's a major cause. A squad of militia that's just as organized as a proto squad WILL be less effective then the proto. Where a proto squad can lock the enemy to the redline, a good militia squad could maybe stop them at the outposts gates.

10 percent damage boost? Hardly. Try 10% from prototype weaponry, 10-25% from damage mods, 9-12% from proficiency, plus a 15% optimal range boost from the prototype gun. |

you also forgot fighting laggy bitches who twitch around like crackheads then teleport behind you after you knife their kidneys across the room to shoot you.
The servers are laggy, and it gets even worse when you fight lag-based(they have no skills at all. Their soul saving grace is crippling everyone on the other team with lag whenever they get within shooting range.) corps.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

Whatever you say bro, I don't need to justify why I got 0 kills/3 deaths/15 assist, and have the number 1 spot in the entire match between both teams with almost 2,000 warpoints.
If two guys in proto's can take your entire squad out, you need to find a better corp to be in.

If you are a scout then life can suck because:
1. You are always alone 2. Reps have almost no value(rep mods and reactives are still relevant...for now). 3. You are always alone (no one with a needle even knows you're down) 4. Fortunately scouts have great passives so this isn't an issue. 5. Yep 6. You had us at "in the open". 7. Good snipers can hit moving targets and as a scout it doesn't need to be a head shot.
Soooo... yea. 6/7 reasons why scouts are always dying (and always having more fun)

yeah scouts don't last long :/ though shotgun scouts are still good when it comes to close range. But if you're a scout in the open there's a wonderful tool called the LAV
Scouts do run alone though for the most part, but I personally use them for fast hacks, sniping, and running to drop spawn uplinks.
There's no use complaining about a scout dying to anything when it has the lowest HP in the game regardless.

Yea, true. Any real scout will tell you that one of the things you need as a scout is to develop an unhealthy comfort with death. As for LAVs I don't like using them because my location is given away by the RDV and overview map. Yea, for me stealth is more important than speed but, like any other play style, mine has it's ups and downs especially when scout suits are literally the ONLY SUITS I USE lol (blue blood FTW).

it takes more melee hits to take out an uplink than it does a scout
also:
you died because you newbishly afk'd in the redline, and *whistles* someone called a tank in on top of you....

Lol I only know that because I have a massdriver, so shooting an uplink infront of me isn't an option :P and neither is shooting a scout infront of me :P you are right though. takes forever to melee an uplink

Shot gun scouts are nothing to really fear CR scouts on the other hand... |
