I wouldn't be surprised if it got delayed till mid or late March
After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

I don't like that but I guess if it helps them test stuff out even more to make sure the stuff is ready and to make their patch notes look bigger.

grrrrr considering that they might release the patch notes a week or two before the release of the patch I suppose we might get the patch mid or late march.

true.... but if we don't get a dev blog next week or the week after then I guess we might get the patch sometime in April if the plan is to release the patch notes two weeks before 1.8 is released.
