So yeah, just when you thought that there wouldn't be any more announcements on video game franchises turning into movies,Warners Brothers suddenly steps in and announces that a LIVE ACTION Minecraft movie is currently in development. Now when I first heard that a live action Minecraft movie was being made, I thought to myself "w-wait, what? How exactly do you make a feature length film out of game like Minecraft and in live action no less?" but then as I read along the article, It says that the movie is being made by the same people who produced The Lego Movie: Roy Lee and Dan Lin. From there I was kinda reconsidering my earlier thoughts about the movie project because I really liked The Lego movie.
Now to me, I'm not that much of a avid player of Minecraft. I only occasionally play minecraft to continue construction on my dark fortress of hell!!!! Other than that I haven't really been playing the game all much BUT If any of you are fans of minecraft, I would like to hear your thoughts about this announcement. Here's the source of the news article if you wish to read it.
Also share your thoughts at what video game YOU think should turn into a movie! I want a witcher movie!!

I'd also like a Resistance, or F.E.A.R. movie If I remember correctly there WAS an R-rated bioshock movie in development before it got cancelled by Ken Levine himself due to budgetary concerns and the fact that the director: Gore Verbinski was leaving the movie project. However, concept art and 3D models for the movie did surface onto the internet not to long ago.If you wish to see what the movie could have looked like then here's the Concept art and 3D models.
Hopefully 2K gets back on to making a Bioshock movie sometime in the future.
