Just curious, and it's probably a stupid question, but I looked at the leaderboards today and I'm perplexed. How do so many peoe seem to have x number of kills, and apparently no deaths, as their KDR is equal to their total kills? I get maybe a tanker having a weekly 0 death kdr, maybe , but can anyone really play this game to kills in the hundreds and thousands without ever dying? I wouldn't be able to just sit in a tank all day, every day, and never actually have a challenge...anyone? Explain this weirdness? |

Yeah, but I think the leader was over 1k - can anyone really be entertained by redline sniping for THAT long? I'd quit playing, or hook up the old NES and just play duck hunt... |

Yeah or just sync with a friend on an alt and just snipe them over and over to boost it, also I've heard shutting off your PS3 while bleeding out stops it counting as a death.
I'm thinking I'll do it with an alt named "KDR only matters to scrubs"
A simple solution would be if it tracked your average end of match KDR not total.
All those **** snipers/boosters would end up a lot lower on the leaderboard and actual players would end up at the top. |

and to me the worst part about it is dust isnt even a great/popular game (i personally love this game but its not hard to understand why the masses dont) so its like these people are boosting in a game hardly anyone cares about or plays.
what, they arent good enough to boost in COD or BF? they cant hang with the major league boosters so they do it in this obscure game cause its the only one where they can get anywhere near the top and feel good about themselves?
i hate boosters but the ones in dust are pure lowest common denominator

The overall KDR board is all buggy and full of boosters or people with very few kills, ignore it.
Now, Duna's monthly KDR sits at like 170 I think, that's pretty amusing.
(It's almost as high as his corp recruitment spam ratio)

And then there's the head glitch.
That's how I died twice. Got sniped after I unloaded three fully charged head shots at a dude and they took no damage. Three guys were doing. I, actually, raged a bit, to be honest. I still did better than them, though  |
