Ya I felt the same way before last fan fest
After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

There are plenty of people here that have learned from last fanfest, we know to expect CCP to hype all the stuff they have been working on for dust and soon tm. But supposedly there has been so much activity lately according to CCP Saberwing and one of the CPM members ( On this topic not sure which page it was on but check it )

big woop that was it, the battles were just like any other day playing dust back then. The EVE guys probably didn't even care that we were on the same planet right below them. Everyone knew what the outcome was, the Titan would crash on the planet and the Gallente would win.

hmmmm so something that is the next major evolution of Dust 514 I wonder what it is? Now when guessing what it is we must remember that this is CCP we are talking about so you have to keep your guesses realistic

I wouldn't mind being able to do something besides fighting in battles (you know some of the MMO stuff) , as long as I can still get back to fighting

Im not exactly sure FPS guys would find it all that enjoyable to log in and aim their forge gun at ore deposits all day to help mine for EVE but hey, who am I to dash someone's dream. Though I do think that Dust should have its own Industry as there is no way that salvage will support a completely open market and I dont want EVE pilots dictating what goes on the market and at what price.
Well maybe if we could get our own mining drones to do the mining and we'll have to protect them. That would interest those who want to shoot stuff all day. Integrating both markets though is dangerous... very dangerous

Given: 1) The next major evolution of Dust does not involve Planetary Control. 2) Player market would be boring to test at EVE Fest. 3) The rest of the racial suits will be released prior to EVE Fest. 4) The next major evolution is not PS4 (that's a big leap of logic). That means: PLAYERS WILL BE TESTING PVE AT FANFEST. It's the only big thing other than possibly PS4 that CCP could have up its sleeve. lol you know I think you might be right, also if you want to see some concept art of mortal troops take a look at Iron Wolf Sabers Twitch Page he's drawn some mortal troops and few other things concerning New Eden.

It's all been talk so far, the CPM saying that he seems like the right person for the job so far. And CCP Saberwing keeps on saying that there will be plenty of stuff at fanfest for Dust. Although it's kinda good to see them paying attention it's still all talk.
