On 2014.02.16, a seemingly joking/Trolly thread Here abruptly and furiously took a turn for the worst, when a particular individual named Mr Kaius Coriolanus of Capital Acquisitions LLC knowly insulted the NF name and the proud Mercs that stand behind it.
As he stated,

Honestly do you really think you have a chance? Your tiny corp has four districts compared to Renegade's 111, you'll be swallowed whole (or rather you'll be doing the swallowing if you get my meaning).
So here's the deal, you can beg for forgiveness and maybe just maybe....your ***hole will be left intact.

1. People don't have to buy anything if they don't want to. In fact! they can simply acquire their own districts. Your farming reference implies that people are forced to comply or buy, but this far from the case.
2. As for the farming Pubs and FW, I usually solo or Duo Pubs to warm up for PC and FW for dat LvL 10 standing. Contradictory to popular belief, I don't find much enjoyment in smashing crappy fits in Pubs.

LOL I've played plenty of PC and have dabbled in it here and there since it was released, the fact is PC is uplink and core locus spam and everyone running whatever suits and weapons are best for PC at the moment. Their is little variety, little strategy (despite how many of you kids think your the Napoleons of Dust 514), and its just not much fun to me. Believe it or not some of us play video games for fun and not for e-peen stroking. Thus why we have a whole section for you e-warriors to talk shlt and stroke each other off.

Regnum gets on 1 day and is QQ cause of some random 'GG' mail he gets. 30 minutes later after everyone getting a good laugh, someone plants the idea in his head to make a thread, and of course he adds his own seasoning to the idea 'promising' to take land from these 'GG' peeps, basically trying to stir the pot.

We will continue to do so, and if that's what we're hated for, then you can shove it. But once we got the mechanics down, as I've said before, it just became a chore that nobody wanted to deal with. I know that there are some that take great pride in locking dozens of districts, but we've always preferred to fight for ours. That's probably why our district number fluctuate so much. It's fun to fight and we're good at it. Being in the crosshairs of some of the biggest corps in MH is an honor and a pleasure.
Again, sorry man, but your future application will be rejected. Even if it comes as some 'package deal' we're whichever future corp your in wants to merge with us, we will have to decline.

Gotta set the record straight, TP locked before PX1. Infact, we actually learned locking from them. If you can recall, we set our attack on High Damage after the FEC wars. which was when we started doing it. Regnum made a statement on behalf of NF. Cap guy runs his mouth.
ERA attacks Capital
AE shows up to save Capital's land cause 1 dumdum ran his mouth backing them into a corner, and the whole 'we don't use ringers' stance gets thrown out the window cause lets face it, AE are the only ones with a snowballs chance of defeating ERA at this time.
ERA takes Capital's district, who was in the battle defending is completely irrelevant to this story.
7 pages later, Capital still sharpening the razor to shave those last 3 chest hairs as they scramble to figure out how to get back on the map

Hawkin has done a great job getting ML some fights lately.. mostly PFC fights (had a great one against Onslaught Inc. a few days ago, tanks galore).. and we defended against a Valor Coalition attack yesterday. They brought full corp with a few MIB, no paid a-lister ringers thank god. came down to 1/2 tick.
So for anyone reading this looking for a corp full of mostly aged, gray neckbearded, chill individuals, with a little base in our voice and little QQ, who have just the right amount of care for winning without the douchebag side effects .. check out Molon Labe. today and send in your applications! We also have General Tso's Chicken available, extra spicy extra crispy on request (and not everyone is nearly as big of a **** as I am, so don't be worried).

I did not misunderstand you, I wanted to set the record straight on the point lest someone reading gets the wrong impression -- even through this period of locking, ML continues to be active in PC.
FWIW, I think the distinction that Bullit was trying to make was between the leadership of a corp which chooses to do it, and member of a corp who disagrees with the policy but has no say in the matter.
That said, I agree with you, it does seem to be a bit hypocritical for one corp that locks to complain about another, but when Bullit's comments are viewed under the lens of the prior paragraph, I think they make sense.

I used to have a hard on for ringers the way you have a hard on for district locking.
The mechanics need to change so that neither are a factor. Change the timers so people don't have so much time to prepare for attacks.
Capital Acquisitions, Molon Labe and a long list of other PC corps won't ever be able to do well over an extended period of time if there is 24-48 hours to gather ringers or pull people from their PS4s to come help.
If people were honest with themselves there are 3 or 4 corps out there that could hold districts with the current mechanics.

I would like to say that Capital Acquisitions LLC is a family of gamers. Many of us have been in this corp for over seven months. We do have a little in house drama pop up here and there, but what close family doesn't? We stick by our own, almost to a fault. We don't make shady deals or employ cheap 'tactics'. We do not take the easy way out. What we are building has taken time but is already stronger than most other corps out there. If you are interested in being a 'lone-wolf' this is not the corp for you. If you want to help us build the most feared wall of mercs in any PC warbarge, send in an application (please include a little info about ur character).

Dude you and your 'family' are terrible at this game...I remember in a PC, someone killed you, hacked your ADS, and killed you with your own dropship...CA have been some of the least competitive matches I've ever played, even STB puts up a better fight and they're garbage.
