i recently recently purchased a COMBAT pack from the playstation store to show my support for the game etc.. and i got nothing in return...

If you purchased something through PSN and its not showing on your DUST account, thats usually a Playstation Store issue, isn't it?
you should contact Sony first and let them know of the issue.
Also, make a report, not a forum post to fix it, even if its just for recording the fact it happened.

CCP acknowledge some of the stuff is not working correctly because of a problem from Sony's side and they are working on it.

Well, to be fair, you can't blame someone for being upset when they spend $$ and receive nothing in return.
Not everyone lurks on the forums all the time, so they might not see that this issue has already been addressed, if not solved.

I recently purchased the minmatar combat pack and immediately after my purchase i looked in my inventory and it was all there 
Now CCP, refund me the god damn dropsuit command skill tree for 1.8 and i will be a happy little vegimite.
