A child born a slave in the Empire also becomes himself a slave.
A child born of a noble family however for some reason does not need to learn these harsh lessons of servitude, but instead they are the ones who are served.
Why does a child of a slave need to also be raised as a slave? He could have been raised as any free child in the Empire and been just as good a follower of your wretched religion as any other Amarr citizen.
What does the child of a a powerful family, or even a regular free citizen ever do to merit skipping this lesson in humility and servitude? NOTHING.

Its is a difficult road being entrusted with the spiritual well being of thousand of Slaves, to act as a father might to educate those children and ensure they learn to do no wrong. To punish where punishment is necessary, to praise where such is required, and a steadily and unflinchingly guide those lost souls to God's arms. To knowingly sin is to damn ones soul beyond all forms of redemption. The Amarr learn that their test will be myriad, they will be harsh, and they will test not just the body but the spirit as well. Its is of such importance that we True Amarr remember who we are, and strive to achieve the spiritual purity that we would have our children adopt.
I think you're completely missing the point. Birth status decides your life without any actual merit. Why does the child born of a slave need the "education" of slavery, yet a child born of a free family does not?
If slavery was such a great teaching tool, why doesn't all Amarr citizens have to go through it?
You could say regular citizens which are born and raised in the culture take in the ideals of the Empire without the need for slavery, but so could a child of a slave if raised the same way; so why not simply raise that child as you would any free Amarr?
