Some lovely beachfront property currently on the market!
don't delay the 1 thing that never decreases in value is land!
lots of land throughout Molden Heath and we do take orders as well so don't delay!
The best spots are going fast!
Definitely no empire here, just some customers not on a the right time forcing us to hold things longer than anticipated.
Timezone differences often make things seem different than they really are.
DustAlerts does show 1 thing tho... district 'locking' obviously isn't a failsafe for anyone

according to my #s ERA currently has 14, some of which are sold awaiting transfer while we have some assets currently available.
Rainbow Effect now has a district on PFC to get their team rolling, so that would be 15.
Valdez is packing his bags for the military, so I helped shut down Flatlines in preparation.
don't confuse us with AE, we don't have 'alt' corps
Sure we have many clients, all of which have various contracts with us, but we possess no other holdings than what you see here.

you notice ERA has ballooned in districts, also keep watching. Land sales often take time due to simple logistics, buyers being online, matches occurring etc etc.
sure its always nice to see a higher #, but the business model at NF is in place and we're sticking to it.
