I'd go with something that can fire Depleted Uranium bolts in a High velocity, it would literally throw back targets and impale them against any surface.  |

well we already have the plasma cannon.
id rather have something similar to a blaster turret for the gallente heavy weapon though.
maybe 50 dmg. 125 clip. rof around 600.
ammo capacity around 600.
possibly an overheat.
for the amarr im thinking of a spartan laser from halo idk.

In my ideal world, the Amarr Heavy weapon would a medium-range SHOOP-DA-WOOP beam of death.
Picture charge-up time to fire like the Forge Gun, but lets out a wide melting swath of light for a full second or two with DPS and Range on par with the assault rifles.
For the Gallente weapon, I'm really hoping they'll do something like the Mortar from Gears of War. Kind of like PLC, I suppose, but indirect fire raining hell in a path from the skies.
Firing it indoors would be the only thing to figure outGǪ
I just don't want the new Heavy Weapons to be anything like the ones we already have.

I want a ******* huge Plasma Rifle on my Sentinel gK.0.
Much lower damage per round than a Forge Gun, but with something like 4x the RoF.

So add the Caldari into that list.

Personally, I'd like to see a big ole laser cannon for the Amarr. Lacking the range of the laser rifle, it would still sweep in CQC situations and obliterate enemies with the "purifying light."
For the Gallente? Probably a Plasma Flamethrower. Give it a shorter optimal range than the HMG but with higher damage.
Idk about the Caldari, I guess a Rail Gun that's more capable of Anti-Infantry?

You do realize this is a little over the dps of a duvolle no one would use it. If its a blaster weapon it will have even less range than the current Min HMG coupling this with low dps makes the weapon pointless. The current HMG has a 30m optimal and 720 dps so a gal blaster would be around a 24m optimal and 800 dps at least. The general idea is less range more dps and more range less dps. |

Galenteans will have Plasma caster (similar gun like in fallout1 and fallout2) spiting mass of hi-heated plasma in one/two seconds rate of fire.
And for Amarr i presume there will be some kind of crushing bean lance what will melt all in its way, basicaly really big scramble rifle.
