First, uplinks in high places. It was on the Gal research facility Dom map, so I got 6 uplinks on the rim of the null cannon cylinder room. Second spawn, full sets of Wiyrkomi triage, Allotek (r), k17/d (r), Ishukone gauged, and x-3 quantum hives, all in the central room.
Then, I just respawned in my BPO heavy with an HMG and threw myself at the enemy over and over. I had to replace the uplinks and hives about 2/3rds of the way through the match, but that's all there was to it. 660k ISK, so I made a profit even after using all those proto hives.

Man when im soloing and I get enough for the ob they never give it to me... Do you have to be in a, squad to actually use the ob or what?
Yeah you have to technically be in a squad. Pretty silly I know, but easy to do. |

That has nothing to do with it. I've been trying for a long time to earn WP fast enough to pull 5k before a match ends. It doesn't matter who your opponent is, it's not easy to rack up points that quickly. As you can see, I just barely made it- I launched that OB when they had 6 clones remaining. I haven't found it to be easy to earn this much WP, no matter who I'm against, be it full proto squads or 16 fresh-from-the-academy scrubs. If you can consistently do that, I salute you. |

Yeah Krixus learn to read. Also, if you're someone's forum alt, stop hiding your true face and call me out for real. If you're not someone's forum alt, then beat my score if you think it's so easy to earn two OBs with no squad mates. Post a pic of the scoreboard and I'll concede that what I did was unimpressive.
Marauder: I generally run solo, so I basically never have a solid set of players covering me. This has caused me a lot of deaths. I think that's what Infinite Diversity was trying to say- it's much harder to maintain a consistently good KDR when you can't rely on having even 5 decent players on your team, much less ones that you know will be running prototype gear.
High KDR does reflect good personal skill, but it also reflects the players you squad with. Personally, I consider a 2.0+ K/D a good game, especially given the fact that I have no protosuits.
