The server regions need to be locked NOW or else this game is doomed to failure. Asians and Europeans are using the latency to an unfair advantage. There also needs to be a region for North and South America independently. This lag usage is ridiculous.

PC is a separate entity. That should be the only reason that the region locks would be opened. The public matches need the lock though. Ambush is unplayable because of this.

I just was in a match against Mottainai JAPAN where they used the lag to their advantage. The hit detection favors them over us.

Nyain Chan once again is using the incorrect region to their advantage. IMO thats boosting.

regardless of which server is better, with the way the lag is, we shouldn't be able to change regions. I like the type of game that the Asians play, but you don't see me on their server.

The locking of the regions doesn't mean you are forced to play with the same people. It is the process of creating an algorithm based off of the latency. You don't give people the option. If 5 people happen to be on the ASIA server, then Scotty will expand the search to include the next closest region. That way everyone is playing as lag free game as they can.
