In the end they don't have the final say. Sorry to prejudge you Hans, I am very happy to hear that CPM guys echo the majority of the users. I do not agree with full respecs like you get in other games as this is meant to be the EVE universe where choices have meaning. However when things are being changed so drastically I do think that warrants some form of respec even if only a partial (Dropsuit) one.
