I for one was happy to get a reply from CCP Saberwing considering the lack of replies the CPM0 has given on anything. It would be nice for the CPM0 represent us so I wouldn't have had to ask CCP in the first place.
Also you guys are mentioning a twitter bird, who is this twitter bird you're getting your info from. It's nothing new that there will be a bunch of dev blogs right before an update (they've also been posting that there will be a bunch in the weeks before 1.8 here on the forums plenty of times as well).
The CPM not telling you anything might be annoying, but they're not the ones to ask about this stuff as they aren't able to tell anything since they are under NDA, so unless it's already public knowledge they can't tell you anything. Blaming the CPM for this is outwright stupid when you can only blame CCP for it.

While they can't tell us what they are doing with CCP, they can tell us: Hey guys we are going to bring this up to CCP, We've been seeing a lot of post on this subject, and I just want you to know that your voices aren't falling of deaf ears and we are DOING OUR BEST TO REPRESENT THE COMMUNITY.
CPM can be out of the loop or keep their mouths shut from the NDA all they want, but they should engage the community slightly more, there are a million things they could do that have nothing to do with the NDA.
Example is a yes or no question: DEAR CPM0, CCP said we should expect to see the CSM minutes with team true grit shortly after the new years, will you remind them that it is after both new years and Chinese new years, and they have not delivered on what they have told the community.
I'm not asking for the release of the minutes, I just want to know that the CPM is making an effort to get them released and draw an important issue of CCP getting peoples hopes up and then procrastinating. How do you know the CPM doesn't have more important things to do?
Devblogs can always be expected prior to an update, so I don't see why you need the CPM to push for dates or anything.
CSM minutes are old and likely even out of date, so I don't think they are important to get.
