I've never seen a spontaneous, no reason, dropship destruction. Do you perhaps have a video or screenshot?

You clearly don't fly enough then, because this has been happening for over a year I may have a video somewhere on my youtube but I deleted my archive and no longer record. If 1.8 is worth a damn then I will start recording again, and considering that this has been a thing for a very long time, I'm sure it will be present then as well. It was drive in my lav and pretty much immediately blow up...wtf? Is this their new redline balance, just randomly blow up sometime in the time limit?

Was playing my friend's ADS character to see if I wanted to drop the points in flying them and had it happen to me twice in the course of like 7 games. Both times it was around 8 seconds.Of course, there are times where my tank will just randomly explode for no reason. Just "Joseph Ridgeson died" when I was driving down the road.

I died the other day with no vehicle involvement. I just ran into the red line to kill me some noobs, had four seconds left, and the timer was like 'meh, that'll do'.
