Can't say i recall seeing that stated before as part of the long term PFC plan (if it was I must have simply missed it). So are PFC enforcement actions to come from clones sent from PFC district(s) held by Spero Escrow?
Don't quote me, but I believe we are to hold ONE district on PFC, at least until everything gets sorted out.
Our current excess is a result of us taking actions against those who have been consistently locking up. We work diligently with the council to get them offloaded ASAP, but it doesn't always go as quickly as anyone involved would like. Transferring the districts to some sort of holding corps will only lengthen this process.
Ill repeat that this is all in accord with our agreement with the PFC council and their vision for the planet. |

It was pretty obvious they were locking up or doing something that had the exact same outcome. You can lock your district up or do your civil war matches on any district in molden heath. PFC is about friendly matches between the PFC community. Clearly at odds with your practices. |

Your narrative doesn't make any sense chronologically.
Science for death was locking up their PFC consistently BEFORE there was a council (before subsonic lost their district and before NF was put in the protector/cleanup role).
So unless they have a time machine and use it to further their dust goals, the Subsonic district and NF's role could not have possibly influenced their actions.
They were locking up because they were farming. All statistical data available confirms this. |
