Let's all share stories of when somebody had a heart attack, did a backflip and broke their TV and PS3 at the same time,
all because of a video game. Now although I doubt anything so severe has happened - maybe the angry german kid
comes in close we have ALL heard some incredible raging so let's share our stories.
So the year was probably 2011, I forget, meth is one hell of a drug. I'm defending Corvus Research on MAG and spawn
in the Delta bunker. Big Donvito was our squad leader or another squad leader or platoon leader and he instantly
showed his disappointment for the airstrike which was called in by another squad leader.
Squad leader calls in an airstike resulting in ZERO kills immediately after the game started, the enemy team
hadn't even got that far yet or even spawned.
DonVito proceeds to tell him what a waste of time it was and how he was getting no kills.
The other guy had a huge chip on his shoulder and they end up having it out, saying how they big they are and
how they could lift each other and break them.
This went on for the entire match, (20 minutes) and BigDonvito was well-known for neglecting his child or children
and making it obvious over the mic. Anyway I have no problem in shaming and putting a name to the scenario, no
remorse for me, no point defending scum.
But it was pretty funny, if not insufferable after the first 10 minutes...
For the record I don't think I've used my mic in 6 months or longer because I cause people to stop talking, turn off their mics
break ALL communication within the squad and even make people quit the game and complain at me.
I'm pretty bad and QQing on a keyboard is easier ;) |

I oversell my rage, usually. But the last time I played DUST (maybe a week or so ago) was almost a breaking point for me. I could almost feel the steam coming out of my ears.
I also one was (again) INCREDIBLY angry, and I was playing a match, and this is basically the order of events.
> Be angry
> Match ends
> Invite good (maybe best) friend
> Go into match
> Yell at her (playing Nova Knife scout, getting angry) for 10 minutes
> Quit match out of rage
> Join other squad
> Invite friend again
> Tells me she's surprised at how angry I got and she's never seen me rage quit
That's probably the second most angry I've ever gotten.

well then i hope you killing with me your dropship made you happy and not rage  (if you are also artificer hybrid)
the story doesn't really say how you got angry but sometimes just looking at DUST makes me rage xD |

I've managed to let the walls escape a nasty, plastery death. I would feel too sorry for the wall,
that and I would break my hand.
The amount of people I saw throughout school with broken wrists because of punching walls
definitely made it an easy decision. |

I don't know if "Playing Nova Knife Scout" was enough for you. But run a Minmatar Scout for a week, and you'll instantly start to feel bad for every scout you kill, no matter what the circumstances. Everyone complaining about TTK? I've literally died before a Rail Rifle shot was fired. And the sound that plays when you're hit by a bullet? Minmatar Scouts get to hear that ONCE and when they do they're lying on the floor, bleeding out. Minmatar Scout is the purest form of rage.
Also I am not Artificer Hybrid. My alts: Artificer Ghost, Artificer Evolve, Xavier Reach.

the way it was worded looked like she was playing the scout and you had the foresight to rage at her
to advise her to not go down that road  no need to be sarcastic.
I have not played scout but I've used a militia minmatar guy with under 200hp,
my main guy is 300hp and they both drop instantly to rail rifles.
I feel your pain I know exactly what you mean, I went 5-18 on my militia guy because proto rail rifles
chewed me up in half a second from 70m. I've ran out of dropsuits and can't make any ISK I have toi play
on another account just to use that guy!!!
Maybe once the hit boxes surround the rail rifle rounds, the TTK and ridiculous strong AA are fixed
then speedy suits can survive.
I also don't know why people complain about not being able to track scouts when the game aims for you!

I've stopped getting angry at games it isn't productive and loses me lots of isk
anger in dust is self perpetuating, if I'm even a little stressed or mad I don't play. anger make me impulsive, when I'm impulsive I make dumb mistakes, when I make dumb mistakes I kick myself over them, when I kick myself because I'm better than my score reflects i get angrier, which leads to more mistakes.
I play best relaxed and happy, there are those guy who can go hulk mode when angry, I'm not one of 'em.

Worst rager I've heard was some dude from TeamPlayers.
I'm pretty sure his name even suggested that he raged a lot.
Gritting teeth, groaning like he was having an aneurysm, and you just knew that he was so mad he was sweating. Hilarious, but mostly pitiful.
It was ridiculous enough for me to remember ~6 months later.

We've got someone from TeamPlayers in our corp, and he's not only our toilet cleaner but he rages a lot, in PC.
