Fox has it right---join the Learning Coalition. They have been doing what you are trying to start for quite a while, and they have some great folks. Not bashing what you're trying to do, but saying that your energy would be better put to a focused effort instead of splitting the team ;)

But we all have our own way of doing things. & I prefer to be able to do it. Day to day, in-corp. Like most of us. Im happy to be apart of Learning Coalition though... btw Im pretty sure fox put up a post of who's helping out in LC with TSF named. So.
