How do I know if I'm paying more or less than another person for the same district?
Its simple. List the districts with a price-tag on them. I see no reason to keep it secret, unless as usual you're doing some sort of wrong doing that you don't want others to know about.
You advertise your business, but don't discuss prices of tangible assets you sell. The ringing fee can vary, I understand that, but a district should cost the same to anyone who wants it.

You sell districts. They don't move. They are tangible. They should all have a predetermined and set price.
That makes no sense what you just said.
Does that mean if I ask about a district Monday, the price will be different Tuesday?
What unpredictable about a district you have for sale? Does it grow legs and walk off somewhere? Does it have fluke snow storms? How about you name one of the districts you have, and tell me what the price is.
Let me guess, you want me to message in game so you can "negotiate" a price; aka- get the most amount of ISK out someone you can by suckering them.
Can you tell me what criteria and model you use to determine prices? Or, are you going to feed a bunch of bullsh*t again?
Ever hear of the term racketeering or extortion? Its a f*cking joke what NF is doing and then flat out lying about why they are doing it.

If you're telling me it depends on variables, then that's a flat out falsehood. You can't attach variables to a fixed asset. If NF decides to change the socket for example, then you would just list to different prices.
