I just dinged forum warrior level one this morning  I have no protosuits, other than about a dozen Republic MK0 logis that I keep around in case the war barge ever comes back.

Instead of grenades when you see the panther coming at you, throw cans of Tuna Fish as a distraction, they fit in the grenade slot. Salmon and swordfish fitting costs get a little high though.
