The Calculation:
From the dust stacking penalty calculator (http://wiki.dust514.info/index.php?title=Stacking_Penalties) the bonus is 32.15% with three comp. kin cats.
Accounting for the additional 5% bonus from the kinetic cat. skill and base speed for Minja (8.31m/s)
((.05*.3215+.3215)*(8.31)) +8.31 = approx. 11.11 m/s i hope people understand that the minmitar scout will not be able to fit kin cats and still have Pg left over for shield extenders and a cloak, much less weapons of any sort

It's only 343 when you Max it out....and fastish is an understatement when it comes to maxing speed, I've seen 11.11 m/s and it's untouchable. And sure I could help support that thread. yeah but with 11.11, you can't kill anything, unless flay locks and plasma cannons get a massive buff

hacking speed isn't worth it if you can't survive running to the point to hack it. Literally, ONE burst of a PRO combat rifle on a double damage modded min commando next patch will insta gib a non-shielded minmitar scout

Anywhoo, who runs more then 2 kincats? 10.31 is pretty fast for Gallente and I think Min Scout will be able to get 10.81 with 2 kincats. gallente next patch will fit 3x kin cats, 1x ADV plate, 1x complex extender, 1x damage mod, and will be faster than a minmitar scout with equal dampening, have more EHP if the minmitar scout puts 3x complex shield extenders in the highs, do more damage, and have the ability to fit a cloak and a scanner and a shotgun and a sidearm. there is no reason to run minmitar in 1.8, unless you really really like hack speed

If I die, big deal. At least my loss won't be expensive especially with the BPOs that I have. i think it will also only take 1 or two more shots to kill a fully shielded minmitar scoutGǪ..

Good thing I trained up a Gallente alt for this eventuality. i did hear a good point to why minmitar are not UP. They can use a plasma cannon, and are therefore not UP
