So I had this idea after I had played EVE and seen how open it is, comparatively speaking. EVE players can interact with other players anytime they are not docked and in their quarters. But for Dust players, we are eternally stuck in our quarters until the next battle, then we get to be in a room with our team for 2 minutes and then are thrown out into a battle. I was thinking that there could be some sort of "forum" of sorts where your character is in and can move about, interacting with other characters, like in a marketplace on a station or in the war barges. And in certain forums like these, weapons are allowed, so rival factions could settle scores. But once you die, you get booted so that there isn't a spawning system that needs to be set up. But then in this market, aside from duking it out with rivals or enemies, players could actually sell gear that they don't need or don't use to earn some extra ISK or to just get rid of gear without having to destroy it or give it away.
Does this sound like something other people would be interested in, or just a weird waste of time? I just would appreciate the openness of EVE to be conveyed to Dust somehow, but I know the good people at CCP are working their asses off to make us new stuff, so its just a suggestion of mine. |

I'd love anything that makes EVE a more open world. +1

as i mentioned in the idea for level 10 fw quarters
you should be able to move between stations and have station interiors to move around in. eve pilots and mercs sitting in bars telling stories would be great, add in stores for appearance customization, like space malls where you have a mezzanine with a large glass wall that you can see ships fly by as they dock and undock. then you can have factional, alliance based and corporate lounges. the later being player customized and maintained and existing at certain stations where the corporations purchase them |

Being able to interact with Eve capsuleers would be pretty cool. But that would require we get character creation, which would take up a lot of time and resources. |

Give us something as simple as an item for item exhange. Player 1 puts item up, player 2 comes aroubd and sees item, goes to the player and opens the trade window, putting 100 proto weapons to trade for the officer weapon/aur Bpc/bpo module.

Market is a whole other ball of wax, but it would be nice to be able to walk around the station we are in instead of being locked in our quarters. Local chat doesn't change, just now you can see them walking around.

Before we go ahead and implement the secondary market, we need to first address the principle issue that can gravely affect the market in a negative way. You know what I'm talking about.
Fixing planetary conquest and eliminating its ATM-like function that is already flooding the primary market with too much ISK.
