If you're running in full squads it is possible that you're being put up against other full squads. Also, being put against double and triple squads is not rare. It is very rare when I don't have to face a full proto squad. I play solo.
I think it's all in your head. Just use teamwork and switch out your strategy.
Other thing it could be,
Only the guy chosen as leader is taken into account in the match making process. So if your squad leader has high KD then it may be more likely they would be matched against higher tier players.
Though I highly doubt there is any input from your stats or Corp. Scotty just puts you in the game that has the best relative connection as you, that's it.

it makes no sense. a corpmate made a test corp and anyone who squads with him doesnt have those issues.

HaHaHa you don't understand mann. i ran with a couple of FA dudes and we always had the stacked teams, nothing but starter corps on the otherside for 5 games straight. i go squad with my corp mates and the only corps were us and start corps.
What do you expect? At least you.have a squad, I.almost never do and you don't see me complaining about getting proto stomped.
You and your Corp just need to get better.
