I guess that mostly depends on if a full clip from large missiles would go through 4000 HP + say 800 for reps if it takes 2 seconds to unload, 1,200 if it takes 3.
I imagine all damage would heal as the missiles reload, all the while you're shooting them or running away.

I just played my first couple of spambush matches since 1.7 and Ninjanomyx was rolling around in a Nyan squad spamming tanks (shocking, I know). That's what he was running, my Incubus literally couldn't even dent it. I know the Python is better at attacking maddies but I really think that even a maxed Python with Missiles wouldn't be able to chew through that. A damage mod might let you start cutting into it, but I have no way to test it.
