Back when squads were only four players, there was a lot less proto running around. I remember when you saw a proto suit on the field it was very uncommon. Now it's vice versa with a basic suit.
Maybe that's because less people had the SP for PRO?? It seems an obvious possibility to me, since SP are gained over time...

What in the world are you talking about? Stop qq'ing about made up complaints. I have yet to run into a single person which matches that description.

I find this to be equally unbelievable. And it does CCP nor the community any good when so many people complain in hyperbole instead of calm, reasoned, and substantiated facts.
Is that actually happening, or does it just feel like it's happening. I play 2-4 matches most days of the week, pubs, skirm and dom only, 7-11pm US Central which I think is around 3 UTC. Sometimes squadded with my corp or alliance, sometimes I'm just going alone and joining an open squad when I get in the match. In nearly every match there are 1 or two players whose arrows I see way off on the edge of the map. Sometimes they are in vehicles, which is annoying but it's possible they are just trying to learn how to use them. (Still no PVE that we can self-train in.) Maybe they aren't in vehicle, so I'm hoping they are sniping. But I can't remember the last time I have been in a game where someone's just camping in the MCC, and certainly not "most of the team".
Your antecedents seem either exaggerated, completely baseless, or there is a major difference in playstyles at different times. But I'm frankly leaning towards exaggerated.

Ive seen your corp aggressively defend their "stomping" on these forums, so the objectivity/context of your claims could also be called into doubt. Since I only relatively just met these guys, and I have a total of 0 proto anything skilled at all, I'm not coming from any previously seen perspective, I'm guessing. I am a supporter of the sandbox of bring what you want, but at same time diff sites in Eve-O restrict ship size, so it wouldn't be out of the ballpark to pursue a similar thing here in Eve-D.

Not that you want to be able to play a game casually which is what they advertised? You are totally free to shop for the experience you want(it'd be nice if that could go without saying,) and I think an FPS will be naturally more casual than a spaceship sim, but I doubt you'll ever get the full experience they advertise (when that day comes) while playing casually. It still might be enough for you, but it won't be everything. That's where I'd put my money, so to speak.
