the ishukone should be the thales. The ishukone is down their with plasma cannon core flaylocks. The thales is the only viable sniper and even it needs like 4 complex dmg mods and proficiency level 4 to one hit kill a militia gallante noob with a body shot.

While the non officer snipers certainly need a buff, (barring the Charge) even the Ishukone shouldn't be as powerful as the Thale, it would be a bit too much. Crank it up to 300 and I'd be a happy camper, no pun intended. Instead of using the Thales, Ishukone, or Charge, I actually favor the Kaalakiota Tac. for my sniping needs. Throw that bad boy on a standard Minmatar suit, 2 damage mods, a militia cpu extender, sidearm, nanohive, and I'm set to go. I like to take it and just snipe from the flanks or even directly behind the enemy. And who cares if I get killed, it's a cheap fit, I can lose 3 and still go isk positive.
