A low slot module
basic level:
Infantry movement speed is reduced by 8%
Infantry sprint speed is increased by 9%
Infantry stamina increased by 30%
melee damage increased by 8%
cost: 15 CPU and 5 PG
advanced level:
Infantry movement speed is reduced by 10%
Infantry sprint speed is increased by 14%
Infantry stamina increased by 60%
melee damage increased by 16%
cost: 20 CPU and 7 PG
prototype level:
Infantry movement speed is reduced by 12%
Infantry sprint speed is increased by 16%
Infantry stamina increased by 80%
melee damage increased by 20%
cost: 27 CPU and 10 PG
Please discuss if you think this module is too costly compared to its benefits or if you think this module is too cheap in CPU and PG cost.
Does any CCP dev like this idea?

I am hoping that it would help armor tankers and heavy suits and commando suits to sprint away from a fight a lot quicker and for longer (makes it easier to retreat and escape from a fast squad that is chasing you).
It would also help people stacking biotic modules such as melee damage modules (high slot modules). Sprint up to an enemy and melee. Sprint again then melee. It would help players using the shotgun as well because one of the hard parts about using the shotgun is closing the gap between yourself and the enemy quick enough before he can react.
It will also be easier to flank and surprise enemies with a melee attack (possibly OHK them sometimes) because scanners are likely getting a large nerf in patch 1.8. Cloaks are also likely to be introduced in patch 1.8. |

It seems like a few of you think that current biotics modules are UP and seem to believe that the cost of those modules is enough to warrant a buff to some of those modules.
If you acknowledge that this is the case then what do you think about my presented module stats?
Why would this module be OP or UP?
Please explain with reference to the value of current biotics modules. |

Infantry movement speed is reduced by 14%
Infantry sprint speed is increased by 12%
Infantry stamina increased by 75%
melee damage increased by 25%
cost: 68 CPU and 16 PG
