Kigurosaka Laaksonen DUST University Ivy League 318	Posted - 2014.02.19 01:01:00 - [1] - Quote To correspond with Operation Mauler, starting tomorrow, I'll be launching Operation Mauler Hauler, whose objective will be to get as much SP and other rewards for as many people as possible. The plan is simple. Until you hit your cap for bonus SP (750k) and ISK (10mil) from the event, you should wear at least a MLT basic heavy frame along with a STD HMG. The fit is cheap and easily accessible. Every kill you get with your HMG will get you a PRO HMG and bonus SP. Additionally, if everyone else is in a heavy suit, you'll be getting ISK and even more SP for killing a heavy. You'll be in a heavy and so will everyone around you. It's a win-win. You get double rewards for killing heavies with a heavy weapon. Pass this on to your friends. Make sure everyone knows. Cooperation. When we cooperate and work together, everyone gets more rewards faster. It's a win-win for everyone. Consider this. Run Basic/STD/MLT stuff. If the other guy is also running that level, you'll have just as easy a time killing him as he will killing you. Maybe he'll get you the first time, but you can just as easily get him the second time. For laser rifle guy, good job. You're like one of three dudes that stuck with the laser rifle. Now consider Awry Barux's math (which is correct.) If you kill heavies with a laser rifle, you need to kill 3,000 of them. If you kill those heavies with an HMG or Forge Gun, that number goes down to 1,000 for the full SP reward. And that not just better for you, it's better for whoever kills you with a heavy weapon (assuming you're running your laser rifle on a med suit.) Just for this event folks, let's all work together to help ourselves and each other and heavies / sentinels with heavy weapons! Given a reward, would you rather fight against someone else for one or the other of you to maybe get a full reward, or work together and both get the full reward quickly? All of these logis are going to run around hoping to leech onto a heavy. Repping a heavy won't get you any rewards, though. When everyone runs heavy weapons for this event, everyone wins.
