In my opinion, the weapons in Dust514 are...PRETTY FREAKING AWESOME. I mean, tiny little laser pistols? Ok thats not to cool, but the Scrambler Rifles are amazing. But as real life technology advances, shouldn't the game world also advance a bit? This might be a long post, but its my first and I want to be heard. (Read, I want to be read)
Now when I say, 'real life advancements', I don't mean those guns that shoot around corners. I mean something even better. I can't honestly remember the name of it, nor can I find it, but there is a prototype gun that is used to control criminals. Or in a larger defense, puncture skin with thousands and thousands of tiny metal balls. Tiny little things, but at over 50 MPH, and about 1500-1750 a second. (Probably less, but IDK) THATS JUST THE BEGINNING. :D
OFF MAP SUPPORT:
Besides that idea, I was thinkin a bit about off map support. Like...War Barge junk. But BETTER. >:D Kinetic Missiles are TECHNICALLY real. And I know what your thinking and I don't care aboot COD. In a small perspective, Dust514 is more fun then moving fish. But because of the large amount of power a Kinetic Missile has, I would expect there to only be ONE missle per support. (How many people have hid in the building when a Barge hits? No more hiding! Kinetic Missiles are the bunker busters of the future!)
GENERAL WEAPONS:
[Air Cannons]
We like electricity right? Yay! Force Guns! But what about Mass guns? Oh yeah, you got those massive drivers. What about air cannons? Maybe flammable air cannons? Mmm...Untested **** weapons. Flammable gas mixed with gunpowder mixed with air air cannon equals: MASSIVE FIREBALL
Not a BIG fireball, but maybe a small, CONCENTRATED fireball that...is on fire!
[Particle Musket]
All the weapons are square shaped or perfect. Why not a have a square, less perfect, old styled Energy efficient musket?! Now you can fetch yo musket! I would guess the Minmatar would make this, but depending on the race, it has to fit the style.
I WILL HAVE MOAR. SOOOOO MUCH MORE.

Yes but, ideas are never complete. Thats why there ideas and not actual things. That and I'm sure multiple types of kinetic 'missles' will be made according to the atmosphere and how much burn there will be. Maybe 15 inch thick rods for certain atmospheres and 1 inch rods for others.
I ain't no Albert Einstein. I'm only a person with ideas that are cool in my head. And at least someone read them this time. :P
