"We will be getting most of our info before fanfest" I read that as the patch won't be out until or after Fanfest, in which case I want a prize for calling it. Just more of the same from CCP, sadly using the CPM to take point for them. Tank 514 until May!
I doubt it will content lock, most of the things were being worked on for months now and they had 3 months
Hell, racial scouts were done in October
