You are clear and anti amarrian scrublet from Anon...( yeah okay Anon were really epic to fight back in FW days) but you anecdotal crap is pointless.
I pick up the Combat and Rail rifles and absolutely trash with them, how could I not.
ScR= more skill than using and automatic rifle with the spray and pray mindset of dust.

More so than the Combat, and Rails rifles, now surpassed by the regular AR.

So its not that the SCR is for scrubs its that Assault Rifles are easy to use....which makes sense since they are standard issue weapons designed for durability and ease of use......
Niche weapons will always require more skill, but applied differently.
