Only time I got into knife battles was during the Shinobi event.
I tried having more after that, but people just don't stop to check sometimes. Why would they? |

Hey, knifers! I got killed twice by NKs last week! You're up to 9 lifetime! Who's going to put it over the double-digit line? The tension is so thick you could cut it with a... something.
I'm recruiting only the hardest hard-core-rers out there who are in here.

I find myself having Melee battles against Nova Knifers quite often, while more often than I had expected I come out on top.
I think this is due to the fact my Biotics are fully maxed out and that I can RUN while PUNCHING unlike a Nova KNife that has to attack at walk speed. |

I somehow wound up getting recommended CoD knife-only vids through one of the links above. Wow. Never before have I said this, and would that I never say it again: I actually want to play CoD now. Tell me people in those games actually react like that when knifed. That rage. All those tears. I need to taste them.
Also, damn, does this game ever need proxy chat. |

Tears are better if you kill a feg using the uav/aimbot mod

Aw, shoot. I was hoping this would be a thread organizing a big knife fight. 
Sometimes I miss never seeing tanks in a battle... then I remember the mystical flying soma, and I can't help but smile.

No. Knife battles go like this:
I run along with my knives out (I know, makes no difference but looks better)
Another scout rocks up in his knives
He pauses expectantly
I pull out my rifle and blow him away in one burst
