Not happening for years, so stop wishing. Lets fix what we have instead of pining for what we used to have. The larger point is that pubs are awful in this game. Without PC the only organized mode is FW, where the effect of turdbirds is far too great.
pubs wouldn't be so awful if the supposed best players each other in PC. They do not however because it is easier to go to a pub and kill blueberries.

This thread is in regards to the current situation of district locking, and what's being done to remedy it.

its true. There are very few people who even care. Ask around in game. Nobody really wants to waste money on PC, if you don't kiss someones ass you get kicked out. It was a terrible idea. CCP should have left corp battles in.

This literally has nothing to do with corp battles or getting rid of PC. I can't figure out if you are ignorant as to the situation right now, or truly just reta rded. This thread is about getting a response as to what CCP plans to do about the passive ISK farm from corps launching fake attacks against themselves that the PC mechanic has become. Thanks for the bump tho. Edit: there is a distinct difference between "not wanting to do PC" and not being good enough to hold a district. Makes sense tho, what corp actually wants to make money? 
I don't think CCP cares either.
