... here is the reason why?
As long as Eugene Killmore aka DJINN BROMANCE aka Sequester Gunderpith MD is the CEO R*S should not be given a district.
Once a strong supporter for this corp to have a PC district it has been brought to my attention that Nano aka Eugene Killmore planned to use the PFC district as a Launchpad for his new district capturing craze.
Nano is the new Nikia and should not be allowed to hold any land whatsoever in PC or PFC. While R*S as a corp deserves to own land and have fun playing with it;- this whack-a-mole of a CEO needs to go.

R*S will forever remain a casual corp because nano doesn't have the spunks to take it forward.

Nope. What was told to the corp members was that the PFC district was supposed to be for gudfites. But in reality Eugene Failmore wanted to use that district for attacking other districts. Even Sentient Archon one of R*S strongest backers had officially backed off from supporting R*S getting a PFC district because while the corp just wants to have gudfites nano is more interested in ruining friendships established over 6 years for a piece of space currency.
Sentient Archon is banned from forums and can take responses or confirm everything via Ingame email. |

Maybe its the smell, who knows.
But its simple. R*S has previously been on top of the mountain of Molden Heath. That alone makes them ineligible to be on Oddeluf.
everything else we know would happen if placed there is completely irrelevant, as long as the above is enforced.
There are 221 other districts in Molden Heath for R*S to capture, and by all means holler if interested. Our Real Estate branch has several preorders so don't delay!
Common Sense and Logic are 2 things you have to forget when posting on these forums.

Unfortunately no. Cubs doesnt have any moar than what already told you.
The cycle is very simple;-
Attack district -> Capture district -> Sell District -> Charge protection fees -> Attack district again
Rinse and repeat.
You have no idea how much ISK is being generated here. ISK is $$$$. Its a simple business transaction |
