that's the trouble. People who need them don't have isk. You could try eve pilots in your local. There is currency exchange between the two games.

Maybe a Dust vet player who is looking for an alt but doesn't want to start from scratch would be interested....
I mean eve players who want to play dust. Or a CEO with a promising recruit. There is a market.
