Righty ho -
This is the second game I have been in 24 hours that a member of the opposing team has been constantly melee killing a member of our team. Im guessing they do it for kill/death ratio and war points total. Im not talking once or twice but every second constatly on the same guy, so fast that he gets the kill screen to himself.

Now in this game I was in a position to pull up my mini map and notice that there was a car of ours right out the side of the map doing nothing so i dropped a car and went to investigate.
I dont know how he was doing it as there was two of our team in the car there helping him (somehow) , one was the one constantly dieing but he wasnt, i could see him in the car. In the end i disrupted them as much as i could and then the rest of my squad arrived to help out and we put a stop to it, but not before he got to 80+ kills.

Notice player 9 on my team is from the same corporation.
The kills he was racking up war points for wasnt actually coming off our team count though he was able to drop a warbarge by cheating and the other team member wasnt helping by reviving as he wasnt getting points from it (see war board totals).
just thought I would let you know incase you werent aware of it.

Interesting exploit there. IGÇÖll see how testing this out next time our team is on opposite teams and report back how its done so it can be fixed.

people were doing this on the oceania server during the nova knife event, i've got little doubt the reason payout is taking so long is so CCP can separate genuine rewards from ppl that exploited. |

the same guys were doing this a few days ago. i sent one of those tickets to ccp about it, hopefully they get banned. i too have photo's. his scores were 141/5 and 132/2. |

Can anyone confirm that people actually get banned for doing this? Please provide proof.

No one will get banned or have any action taken upon them; the exploit will only be removed in the next patch nothing more. The worse punishment IGÇÖve ever heard of in Dust was someone had like 5k SP removed from their account.
Its a shame though seeing as in EVE if people are caught using exploits they are slapped on the wrist and or banned.
I think CCP might have some sort of FGÇÖed up contract with Sony that says they can't outright ban people.

Needle party. JCCIRO kills Culito (by melee, to reduce the likelyhood of clone termination) who then gets picked back up by the other Grupo guy... which is why it wasn't costing the team any clones. Repeat until the OP shows up.
It can be done to mess with people, but considering how many kills they had against a single player, they were probably just stat padding. Culito is probably a throwaway alt just for this purpose. |

Somebody killed me the other day with one melee hit when I was in a logi suit at full shields and armor. He tried again later, but I spotted him before he got close and blasted him. And - before you ask - no, he was not a Minja. I don't remember exactly which suit he was wearing, but it was a medium frame.

People have been yelling for months about Nanite Injectors, especially in FW where FF is on.

Why ban them? Just reset their player with 0 SP and 0 ISK.
Problem solved.
If you are an hacker, a cheater o a glitcher, you deserve death. In real life.
