GG on some games can mean "I surrender you win". GG after you lose a game can mean you are **** sucking or "good game" or a sign of respect to the other team. GG after you win can mean "I won and are going to rub it in your face". If somebody pwns me in a particularly skillful way, i like to compliment that person, whether we won or lost that match. If it's a stacked match on both sides, then I'll send a gg as well, even if we murdered the other side -- it's not meant as gloating, it's just meant as a simple salute to other side's willingness to tough it out, and their decision to keep playing no matter how difficult it got. So many times in Dom, you get 1 or two good waves of enemies, then nothing for the rest of the match because they decided to crap out.
