They can be as much deadly as infantrymen or women as they would be in a tank. Scary to say, but it's just a thought. What do you guys think?
I think attempting to be politically correct by inserting "women" in your post immediately turned me off of the discussion. |

Arirana doesn't tank much, but when she gets her hands on one, she's unstoppable.
Arirana is a dude.
And by default, when the gender of an individual is unknown you are supposed to assume it is a man. That is the neutral gender as far as the English language is concerned. |

As far as science is concerned, femail is the default gender. But let's not turn this into an argument about gender. This started as a tread about tanks, and according to the forum rules, so it shall remain a thread about tanks.
Request denied.
Furthermore the English language and Science have naught to do with each other in this situation. |

How did the whole PC thing make modern society soft? I'm keenly interested how a failed civility concept is somehow to blame for an undefined social weakness. Especially considering PC was rejected early in the 1990s and bigotry is widely prevalent this century.
Altering every sentence in such a way so as to make sure you cannot possibly offend anybody has indeed made humanity softer. Civility is simply two people having a worthwhile conversation and leaving room for someone to be upset if necessary. PC is neutering the conversation to the point that Mr. Rogers seems edgy. |
